I liked the fact that I could get it shipped so quick. I planned a Dinner party for the weekend and it did arrive in time to start the smoking process (Smoked Salmon)
But then as I set it up I found it to keep tripping the GFCI that it was plugged into. After contacting the manufacturer (USA & Canada office) and thru a process of elimination we found that the Heating Element was bad. I was assured I would receive it in 5-6 business days. After numerous phone calls and three weeks later I finally received the new heating element and had to install it myself. I have now smoked Salmon and Beef Brisket, both have turned out very tasty and good. The ease of use with the Digital Controls is very nice.
