(More customer reviews)While the pot does an admirable job of steaming both shrimp and lobster there is one little drawback.The pot is intended as a Turkey fryer and as a result has a timer that automatically will shut down after 15 minutes (I believe).It is relatively easy to relight although you have to turn everything off and then back on.Since you have to get your liquid boiling to produce steam this can mean that you no sooner get it up to a rolling boil and get your shrimp or lobster in the pan and it shuts down on you.
