(More customer reviews)If you onlt do fish that are 12" or less, these are great, but if they are over than, the 12" length is a problem.They work just as they are made to.Remember to soak under water for an hour or more and spray the food contact side with some non-stick spray.These are good of pork and chicken too, just turn half thru the cooking cycle.
