(More customer reviews)I had one of the other tools from this company, and it was very nice, wood handle, seemingly good construction, looked really good and was reasonable for a nice quality product.

So I purchased 2 of these brushes (one each for my two houses) and two of the replacement brush heads.I was ready to commit to this product :)

So after cooking up a meal on the BBQ, I bust out my rosewood grill brush, and slide it across the grill.I started to notice that some of the brush bristles were falling out all over the grill.I did another slide across the grill.More bristles were falling out.This continued for a third time until about 30% of the bristles had fallen out of this piece of junk.I'm not sure what happened.I'm not sure how they are affixing the bristles, whether it is glue or mechanically (trapping the metal ends somehow) or what...but with a relatively light pressure slide across the grill, this thing totally fell apart.I am not a body builder, and I was not getting angry at the grill here :)I applied the same pressure as I did with the $3.99 all plastic throw away grill brush that this thing was supposed to replace, but on this one, the bristles fell out.

Anyway, I returned this thing which Amazon took back with no issues which is cool.

I looked for another brush but gave up.Now I just use the sharp end of the spatula, or the tongs so I can do 2 sides at once) and scrape the stuff off the grill.I'm using this on Weber Genesis grills from a few year ago that have the ceramic grills.This method takes longer than a brush but probably gets it cleaner.

(More customer reviews)I purchased this Weber branded grill brush to go to town on my Weber Genesis E320 that has stainless steel guts. You'd think that one of the two little round cutouts would match the radius of Weber's own grill but you'd be as wrong as I am if you thought that. However, all is not lost, after all Weber's grill brush did come with a stainless steel brush so as to get medieval on the baked on goo stuck to my stainless grills, right? Wrong. While the brush is stainless thereby suggesting goo wrenching toughness, the bristles themselves are as soft as to comb your mother's hair. As such, furious scrubbing ends with arm fatigue and the baked on goo becoming shiny. All in all pass on this.

(More customer reviews)I actually ordered a different set of Weber tools Weber 16138 Q Stainless Steel Toolsbut received these instead. I like the silicone handle on these better than the plain stainless handles originally ordered, so I kept the 6426 set. The tools are longer than expected but still fit under the Q120 side tables. It's very handy to be able to store the tools in the grill. They been sufficient for my simple burger and chicken grilling needs and they clean up easily.

(More customer reviews)Very dissapointed with this product AND the "seller".The product is cheaply made.To make matters worse, I bought this for my husb. for Father's Day, and I was embarassed by the cheap quality when he opened it.He tried to be kind but asked me if I could return it.
Guess what??The answer to that would be "NO", as the company informed me that they have a 30 day return policy (pretty short period for returns which I missed by one (1) day!), AFTER I inquired about returning the product, so we are stuck with this $50.00 piece of junk.Just my own personal opinion of both the product AND the seller.
I would NOT purchase anything from this seller again.

(More customer reviews)I really like this product.These are replacement heads for the Weber grill brush which is the best grill brush that I have ever owned.It is rock solid and heavy (made of metal) and allows you to really put some muscle behind your scraping.The last brush I had was a plastic Weber brush that I snapped because I was pushing too hard.
