(More customer reviews)You will never regret you spent money on this one! It will serve you for ever and take any abuse from flame cooking you can think of. I had a bad experience with BBQ utensils made with plastic and wood handles: they crack, melt, break off. I switched to utensils made entirely of metal: my boys are very tough on utensils when cooking in the backyard. The size of this spatula is huge, you will use it to flip fish, large stakes or even 2 burgers at a time, the handle is also long enough to keep your hands away from the mess and fire.

(More customer reviews)Flipper is shaped to be used in a skillet with high sides. The silicon is reinforced with metal to stiffen the flipping area. If you use a flat pan with small sides, it could push the cakes around a bit before the flipper gets under them. Is most effective in a large pan with high sides as the handle is angled to work with the sides. Try to find a side view. Well made.

(More customer reviews)This is a very good turner.I've been nothing but pleased so far.It has not yet shown any signs of stain with a good amount of use, and works perfectly fine.It feels very sturdy with a handle made out of hard plastic, has good weight to it, and is very solid.This is quite long, so I wouldn't recommend it to those looking for a turner for a smaller pan.It works best on larger pans or griddles.MIU seems to make great products from what I've seen so far.
