(More customer reviews)I bought this product as it was described as "searing."As it turns out it did not have the sear function and subsequently would not heat to 500 degrees F, i.e. the product description was incorrect. The return process with Amazon was efficient and I ordered the HB 25331 searing grill, and it works perfectly.
