(More customer reviews)I bought this, put a coat of cooking spray on it, and pressed it into service assuming it was preseasoned and ready to use.
Well, it made decent food, but I spent over an hour getting tofu ash off of it. I've since given it a proper seasoning in the oven, and it has a good shine on it, but it seems to have warped!
Between seasoning the thing and cleaning it, I probably have two hours invested, and I've made five kebabs and five veggie dogs.
Hopefully, now that I have it seasoned, it'll release food more readily. With luck, the warp won't affect performance much.
