Contacted Weber and they confirmed they switched over from brass to steel on this item so if you are looking specifically for a brass bristles brush, beware.

The case looks nice except the velco straping that holds the tools in were already falling apart.I think I'll just try some fabric glue to fix them.The stitching was weak on almost all of them.

If you are buying these for the case you might reconsider, but the tools are awesome.

(More customer reviews)In theory this is a nice set, and I like all of the different tools -- but I bought this as a gift, and I'm going to return it.It just looks too cheap.The wooden handles are chipped in some places, there's almost no finish on them, and the plastic case is really flimsy and cheap looking.Perhaps if I was buying them for myself I wouldn't mind, but I'd be embarrassed to give this as a gift.
