(More customer reviews)The dutch oven is well made, was priced right and received in a timely manner. However, the product arrived damaged because there was absolutely no packing material in the carton. NONE! This resulted in a bent and "chinked" handle. The outside of the box was in perfect condition but having two loose pieces of heavy cast iron jumbling about in an over-sized carton without the benefit of any packing is bound to result in damage. I place the blame for this entirely on the shoulders of Amazon. I do almost all my on-line shopping through Amazon and hope this is a fluke, not a new standard Amazon has adopted to cut costs.
