(More customer reviews)The first of these starting splitting along one of the seems after just one week. So, i returned it. The second one was much better quality: it took two weeks to split. Handsome as the cutting board may be, it's clearly shoddy workmanship, and Amazon should stop selling them. I've never owned a bamboo cutting board - and maybe they're all like this? In any case, i'm going back to good old maple. My last one lasted 15 years. The one positive: it started falling apart so quickly i was able to return it for a full refund!
